Portential fraud from lifestyle online.
Not yet. Solved. I have filed a case against them in comsumer court and waiting for the hearing date.Lifestyle is irresponsible and they really dont care to be honest.

Sent an incomplete product , bad after sales support
Sir,
I had purchased a handbag online through your lifestyle online store. The image in the website showed the handbag with adjustable strap, but when I received the package, it didnot have the strap for the handbag, The card saying "with adjustable strap" was also found within the delivered bag.
I had sent several mails online asking for the solution, but I have not received proper response.Customer care executives are always unaware of the mails that was sent to them and said that they had not received any mail.When other details were provided, they said that they had indeed received the mail and would get back shortly.
But till today,it has not been resolved.
I had purchased the product assuming that I would get a good product. But now I am very disappointed,as the issue is not attended at all.
